Meet Peter
Growing up in a home where knowledge and growth were not just encouraged, but were a way of life. My parents actively pursued new skills and insights, enrolling in courses ranging from naturopathy and homeopathy to financial planning, all to benefit our family. This nurturing environment taught me early on to constantly seek new perspectives and be open to change.I began meditating and practising visualisation in 1995, thanks to the sports psychology training offered to members of the state tennis squads. One of the most influential lessons I’ve learned came from the Inner Game of Tennis, which taught me to detach from outcomes and play from a place of flow, a principle that has since guided me in all areas of life.My early journey into personal development was practical and goal-oriented, focusing on time management, study skills, and professional certifications to support my advanced degrees and career growth. However, in 2009, during my MBA, an unexpected redundancy forced me to pause and re-evaluate my path. I took the opportunity to travel extensively, including living abroad in Europe, which provided the perfect backdrop for iconoclastic thinking and helped me weave together my life experiences, academic insights, and personal lessons into a unique worldview.Over the years, I achieved considerable professional success, rising to the position of Head of Technology at one of Australia’s most iconic brands. Alongside my corporate achievements, I also enjoyed sporting success by representing Australia in Padel Tennis, a passion I continue to nurture socially.My journey into personal development evolved further as I immersed myself in a broad spectrum of topics, from understanding neural networks in both the body and artificial intelligence, to exploring Western health guidance alongside traditional holistic approaches like Ayurveda. I experimented with paraliminal technologies, binaural beats, solfeggio tones, and guided hypnosis, all aimed at deepening my understanding of holistic wellness.After enduring a period of burnout and experiencing redundancy again, I found myself at a crossroads. I reflected on my career and life’s direction. During this time, my career transition coach observed my enthusiasm for helping others grow and posed the question — how could I do more of this? This prompt set the stage for a pivotal moment: shortly thereafter, I experienced a profound breathwork session. Witnessing first-hand the deep healing it brought to others, and feeling a powerful internal shift myself, I realised that my calling was to pursue coaching.Since then, I have immersed myself in diverse modalities, from sound therapy, light therapy, and human design to shadow work, NLP, and life coaching. Today, I am levelling up to become a certified Quantum Coach, integrating the healing power of specialised breathwork and meditation techniques into my practice.
